Easy Baked Salmon with Lemon and Dill Recipe 


   - Ingredients:

     - 4 salmon fillets
     - 2 tbsp olive oil
     - 1 lemon, thinly sliced
     - 2 garlic cloves, minced
     - 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
     - Salt and pepper to taste


   - Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Drizzle salmon with olive oil. Season with minced garlic, fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
4. Arrange lemon slices on top of each salmon fillet.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
6. Serve hot, garnished with additional fresh dill and lemon wedges.
