Instant Pot Teriyaki Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 cup frozen peas
Instructions:
1. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
2. Add chicken thighs to the Instant Pot and pour the sauce over them.
3. Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
4. Quick release the pressure and stir in frozen peas before serving.
