Easy Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe 


   - Ingredients:

     - 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
     - 2 cups broccoli florets
     - 1/4 cup soy sauce
     - 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
     - 2 garlic cloves, minced
     - 1 tsp ginger, minced
     - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
     - Cooked rice or noodles for serving

   - Instructions:

     1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
     2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
     3. Add sliced flank steak and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
     4. Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until tender-crisp.
     5. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir to coat the beef and broccoli.
     6. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through and sauce has thickened slightly.
     7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
