Quick and Easy Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, snap peas, carrots, broccoli)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
- Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
4. Pour sauce mixture over vegetables and stir to coat evenly.
5. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through and sauce has thickened slightly.
6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
